Krewness AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by Krewness LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. All plans provide instant digital access to our AI workspace — there is no physical product, no shipping, and no delivery time.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that usage has not materially exceeded a reasonable trial evaluation (for example, using a substantial share of included AI credits or generations).
The following are non-refundable: renewal charges after the initial 14-day window, prorated periods on downgraded plans, consumed AI credits or add-on packs, and accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
Annual plans are refundable within the first 14 days. After that, you may cancel to prevent the next annual renewal, but the current annual term is non-refundable.
Email contact@krewness.store from the address on your account with your order reference. We typically process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
